How do I check the status of my order?

Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with a clickable order number. Visit the link to check the status of your order.

Can I modify my order?

If your order is processing, you can change the shipping destination before it ships.
To change your shipping address, follow the below steps:

  1. Send an email to support@altaraesthetics.com with the email address associated with your order.
  2. Use the Subject Line: Order Modification [Order #]
  3. Once completed, your new address will be updated. Due to tax regulations, changes to shipping address must be within the same state. 

Currently, we are unable to accommodate product changes on an order; if you selected the incorrect product, please reference the cancellation guide above.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order is processing, you can cancel before it ships. To ensure timely processing of all orders, the window to cancel is approximately one hour.

To cancel your order, follow the below steps:  

  1. Send an email to support@altaraesthetics.com with the email address associated with your order.
  2. Use the Subject Line: Order Cancellation [Order #]
  3. If your cancellation is successful, you will receive a confirmation email shortly after and the amount refunded. Please note that your payment method may reflect a pending charge; funds returned to your bank account will become available once your bank releases the hold. Bank processing times vary.

Please note that if your order is outside of the cancellation window, the standard shipping and return policy will apply. U.S. & Canadian customers can begin their return process by stating their desire in the email sent to support@altaraesthetics.com

What items are final sale?

The following products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Collaborations
  • Underwear/boxer briefs/socks
Can I combine separate orders into a single shipment?

Currently, we are unable to combine multiple orders into a single shipment
